If you are interested in having Skitzo Fonik perform at your own event, please fill out the form below for a quote. Not all fields are required, but the more information you can provide, the more accurate the quote will be.

Some things to keep in mind:

• For liability reasons, Skitzo Fonik does NOT provide a stage or electrical generators. These elements will need to be arranged by the event promoter/coordinator and provided for the band's use. 
• Indoor/outdoor and expected attendance is important because it will determine the proper production equipment (and power) needed for the event. 
• The band can tweak the musical material to be considered and used for your event, but we will only perform slight variations of our current show. If you require special requests for certain occasions (first dance, father-daughter dance, theme, etc.), we can arrange to have the original recordings played through the PA before the show, during a break, or possibly during the performance.
